This is the heart of the job. Employers want experience with workers who have built, supported, or maintained large, organization‑wide systems — not small apps or isolated tools.
This includes:
1-Working on systems that multiple departments depend on
2-Understanding how enterprise systems integrate with other applications
3-Supporting core business functions (finance, HR, operations, etc.)
